Ngorongoro Crater Safari, Culture & Zanzibar: 9 Days

After breakfast, drive from hotel in Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park with picnic lunch, which takes about 2.5 hours. Start game drive, have lunch in a picnic site in the park. Continue with game drive till evening. Overnight at a camp FB.

After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a day game drive inside the crater with lunch boxes. Ngorongoro is the best place to see black rhino in Tanzania as well as the pride of lions and herbivorous. There are lots of colorful flamingos and the variety of water birds. In the late afternoon drive back to the camp -FB

Early departure with picnic lunch to lake Eyasi for cultural activities such as Hadzabe Hunting and datoga blacksmiths. Later, walking safari along lake Eyasi shore. After full day of activities, overnight at a camp FB.

Full day of activities. Drive to Mto wa Mbu for bike tour, walking tour to banana plantation, Makonde souvenir and local foods. Overnight at a camp FB.

After breakfast, drive from the camp to Tarangire National Park takes which takes 2 hours. Huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, elands, and gazelles gather to stay in Tarangire until the onset of the rain. Then, in the late evening drive back to the hotel in Arusha, bed and breakfast.

You will be picked up from the hotel after breakfast for your transfer to Zanzibar Stone Town, the old city and cultural heart of Zanzibar. This place had minimal change in the last 200 years hence your chance to experience its well-preserved heritage and exotic antiquity. You will stay at hotel equipped with a swimming pool among other amenities such as WI-Fi .

After breakfast, you will go on a guided tour of stone town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Experience tracing the footsteps of Arab Sultans on Zanzibar and ponder on the interesting historical sites and labyrinths. See actual Zanzibar doors famous for its unique architectural tradition. In the old times, the door was traditionally the first part of the house to be built and signifies the status of the owner; the wealthier and more respected the owner of the house is the larger and meticulously carved the door front would be. The tour will end in the afternoon. After lunch, we will proceed to a tour of the countryside to the spice plantations. This place has a rich history and you will be welcomed by the rich aroma of spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon. In the evening, we will head north of Zanzibar to Kendwa beach, a top favorite for its white sand, clear waters, and romantic sunsets. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Hotel beach in Zanzibar is the perfect place to unwind with a good book and a glass of your favorite beverage. This is also a haven for underwater lovers as you can also enjoy a day of snorkeling or scuba diving. Indeed, a place to relax for all type of travelers.

On your last day, enjoy the rest of your stay by relaxing in the pool or in the beach while taking in as much sun shine as you can. Have a hefty breakfast and don’t forget to stroll along the white sands and to take photos for your loved ones. In the afternoon, we will take you to the airport for your onward destination.
